Our Staff

  • Steve Duggan
    Steve Duggan (principal) worked for Mountain Standard Sales in Denver for 19 years before starting Shamrock Sales. As Shamrock Sales’ founder and president, he supervises our efforts to acquire and service wholesale accounts, specify product through engineers, quote commercial jobs, follow up with successful contractors to secure orders and assist with technical questions on all of our lines.
  • Neil Duggan
    Neil Duggan (principal) joined Shamrock Sales in November 1997, leaving a partnership in the Denver law firm of Fairfield and Woods, where he had practiced law since 1987. Neil supervises the day to day operations, including order entry and processing, human resources, accounting, ordering, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Steve Kroh
    Steve Kroh has been with Shamrock Sales since its inception. He reviews plans and quotes commercial projects for all products, provides inside sales support to all customers, and travels to customers in southern Colorado.
  • Greg Gibbs
    Greg Gibbs joined us in May of 1999 with 17 years of sales experience at Mountain Standard Sales. He has extensive knowledge in heating and radiant system design. Greg has developed an extensive library of training presentations which he presents to customers at all levels. He services wholesalers, contractors and engineers primarily in Denver and the Western Slope of Colorado.
  • Gloria Beste
    Gloria Beste came to Shamrock Sales in 2005, when we merged with and acquired the key lines of her previous employer, Western Hydronic Sales (WHS). From 2001 to 2005 she focused on showroom sales for WHS. She continues to do that for Shamrock Sales in our entire territory, with a particular emphasis on Mr. Steam products.
  • Bruce Faul
    Bruce Faul joined us in March 2006. Bruce owned and operated Boulder Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years, and has extensive experience with Viessmann boilers, tekmar controls, and other heating equipment. He focuses on outside sales with engineers, contractors and wholesalers.
  • Bill Garnett
    Bill Garnett joined Shamrock Sales in June 2006 after spending 10 years in a variety of capacities for Mountain Standard Sales. Bill performs mostly inside sales and helps with outside sales in Northern Colorado and Wyoming.
  • Jim Schreiber
    Jim Schreiber has been with us since September of 2007. Jim operated his own mechanical engineering firm for 10 years and then spent 5 years managing the Colorado mountain operations of Tolin Mechanical. He also spent two years calling on mechanical engineers and mechanical contractors for another Denver-based rep firm. Those are his primary responsibilities with us.
  • Brett MacInness
    Brett MacInness joined Shamrock Sales in February 2009. Brett has 30 years experience in our industry at the wholesale and manufacturers’ representative levels. He has a very strong technical background and calls on customers in northern Colorado, Wyoming and up the I-70 corridor west of Denver.
  • Dan MacDonald
    Dan MacDonald has been with us since February of 2007. Dan has an extensive background in our industry at the contractor, distributor and rep level. He provides inside sales support and prepares job quotations.
  • Ann Reiquam
    Ann Reiquam has been with Shamrock Sales for 10 years. She does all of the day-to-day accounting.
  • Therese Buchholz-Burney
    Therese Buchholz-Burney joined us in September of 2005. She is a licensed plumber, and worked for Precision Plumbing in Boulder for 6 years as a service technician and then as operations manager. Therese handles all product returns, schedules, organizes classes, orders and maintains our literature, and helps on other miscellaneous projects.
  • Jo McCormick
    Jo McCormick came to Shamrock Sales in 2005 after spending 8 years in inside sales and administration for Beautyware Supply and WHS. She continues in that capacity with us.
  • Barbi Eggar
    Barbi Eggar joined us in September of 2006. She answers the phone, coordinates paperwork with factories on consignment inventory, and does order entry and other general office work.
  • Brandon Anderson
    Brandon Anderson came to Shamrock Sales in 2005 after 5 years managing the warehouse for WHS. He now runs our warehouse.
  • Lori Bates
    Lori Bates joined us in September 2008. She worked for WHS for 6 years and for ACS doing accounting at both places. She now assists Neil with various office projects, which includes scheduling commercial equipment start-ups, answering phones, troubleshooting computer issues, inventory and employee training.
